While traveling in China, Chris had a dessert he still hasn't stopped talking about. It was something like a semifreddo — cool, creamy, citrusy — but the thing that really got his attention was an herb folded into it. He asked what it was. Nobody could translate it.
So instead of chasing a name, we chased the idea. We took our cheesecake ice cream base, brought in fresh yuzu, and added just a hint of thyme to capture that herbal note that made the original so hard to forget. Gluten-free graham cracker crumble rounds it out. It won't be an exact match for the dessert in China — but it might be better.

- Obrigaderia Brazilian Truffle (fan voted) — the taste of Brazil: a chocolate brigadeiro base layered with hand-rolled brigadeiros and the traditional chocolate sprinkles used for each gooey truffle. This month's top vote-getter, and it wasn't close.
- Butter Fingers (fan voted) — a salty, smooth, creamy peanut butter ice cream with a rich fudge swirl and chopped-up Butterfingers.
- Tiramisu (fan voted) — mascarpone ice cream, a dash of espresso, a touch of Kahlua, gluten-free ladyfingers, and a bit of our dutch cocoa powder.
- Matcha Mochi (fan voted) — beautiful matcha green tea ice cream with delicious little mochi bites for a bit of gooey sweetness.
- Lemon & the Blueberry Swirls (fan voted) — fresh California lemons hand-squeezed into our creamy base, a wild blueberry swirl, and just a dash of lemon zest.
- Bourbon Vanilla Bean Truffle (fan voted) — our best Madagascar vanilla with the beans left in, a bit of bourbon for a little kick on the aftertaste, and sea salt caramel truffles.
- I'm Your Huckleberry (fan voted) — a light huckleberry ice cream with a fresh huckleberry swirl and chunks of pie crust.
