We prefer about a month's notice — it gives us time to dial in flavors and logistics. That said, we love a good challenge: if your event is only a few days out, ask anyway. We've pulled off some great parties on short notice.
The Yeti Cooler covers up to 50 guests. Our staffed packages scale to your headcount — just share your guest count in the form and we'll size it in the proposal.
Delivery is free within 30 miles of our shops. Beyond that, we add $0.75 per mile — and your exact delivery cost is itemized in your proposal, so there's never any guesswork.
Always. Our Hold the Cow line is part of every package at no extra charge, so vegan and dairy-free guests are covered right alongside everyone else.
A custom flavor ($200) is a brand-new flavor we invent with you. An off-menu request ($50) is an existing Wynston's flavor that isn't currently in rotation — we just bring it back for your day.
Once you approve your proposal, you'll sign and pay through our secure booking and invoicing tool. A 25% deposit holds your date, and the balance is due 7 days before your event.
We keep pricing right out in the open — what you see is what you pay. The full proposal just adds the specifics for your event: flavor picks, timeline, headcount, and a tidy itemized total.
