How A Shop Fundraiser Works
Tell us your org, the shop, and a date 2+ weeks out. We confirm within 3 business days.
Once approved, we auto-email a printable flier, social graphics, and an email banner — all customized with your event details.

20% of all sales during your window goes back to your organization after the event wraps.

At least a month for in-shop fundraisers — two is better, especially on weekends. Donation requests we try to turn around in a week.
We prioritize local schools, 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and community organizations near one of our shops. We can't host political fundraisers.
Every transaction during your time window counts — pints, scoops, drinks, all of it. We tally it up after the event and get the donation to your organization shortly after.
The auto-generated kit covers what most groups need. If you want something custom, just reply to the approval email and we'll see what we can do.
Yes — bring a sign, a poster, photos of your team, the works. Just no separate sales (raffle tickets are fine; selling outside merch is not).
