Quick answers

How much notice do you need?

At least a month for in-shop fundraisers — two is better, especially on weekends. Donation requests we try to turn around in a week.

Do you do fundraisers for any cause?

We prioritize local schools, 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and community organizations near one of our shops. We can't host political fundraisers.

How does the 20% get calculated?

Every transaction during your time window counts — pints, scoops, drinks, all of it. We tally it up after the event and get the donation to your organization shortly after.

Can we customize the promo kit?

The auto-generated kit covers what most groups need. If you want something custom, just reply to the approval email and we'll see what we can do.

Can our group set up a table inside the shop?

Yes — bring a sign, a poster, photos of your team, the works. Just no separate sales (raffle tickets are fine; selling outside merch is not).

Are scoop cards really free for teachers?

Yep. We don't ask for proof, just trust. Use them however your class needs — academic wins, behavior milestones, end-of-year recognition.
