Discounts start at 25 packs.
Per-pack pricing drops as your order grows. Final pricing depends on your flavor selection and shipping zones — we'll quote firm in your proposal.

What's the minimum order?
25 packs is our minimum for the corporate program — that's where volume pricing kicks in. For smaller orders, you can still send to multiple addresses through our standard checkout; you just won't get the bulk discount.
Can you ship to multiple addresses from one order?
Yes. Send us a CSV with recipient names, addresses, and email address. We handle the rest. One order, one invoice, dozens of destinations.
How early should we book a holiday round?
By the end of October for a December delivery — the December shipping window fills up fast and we'd rather lock your slot early than scramble. We can ship later, but committing in October guarantees your week.
Are these tax-deductible as business gifts?
For most US-based companies, business gifts under $25 per recipient are fully deductible (per IRS rules). Our standard 6-pack is $85 retail, well over that threshold — we recommend asking your tax advisor how that applies to your specific situation. We'll send a detailed invoice with line items either way.
Can we get a sample pack first?
Yes — for orders of 100+ packs, we'll ship a sample pack at our cost so you can taste what you're sending. Smaller orders, we'll send sample photos and full flavor descriptions; if you want a paid sample pack ahead of time, that's also an option.
What if a recipient's address is bad or they're not home?
Unfortunately, this does happen sometimes. Given that the ice cream ships so fast, it will last a little over 24hrs, any returned packages due to a bad address will be returned to us and not delivered.
Can you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses?
Unfortunately no — frozen overnight shipping isn't available to AK, HI, US territories, or international addresses. Same for PO boxes and APO/FPO. Reach out if you have a tricky list; we'll flag which addresses can't be served before you commit.
