This month, we handed the menu over to you — and you came through.
When the vote opened, one flavor pulled ahead early and never gave the lead back: Cookies in Minty Cream — a twist on one of our most popular flavors, with natural crème de menthe giving you that mint-and-chocolate match made in heaven. It's a returning favorite, and enough of you asked for it that it earned the top spot on July's board. So this month's featured flavor isn't really ours. It's yours.

Joining Cookies in Minty Cream this month
Sometimes menu:
- Banana Pudding (fan voted) — a whole lot of real banana infused into our creamy base, a bit of vanilla, and gluten-free vanilla wafers for crunch. 100% natural.
- Malted Milk Brownies (fan voted) — light malted vanilla ice cream with fudge brownie chunks making a strong case to be your new best friend.
- FTW as Rocky Road (fan voted) — our chocolate ice cream layered with toasted almonds, marshmallows, and a fudge swirl.
- Biscoff Latte — cookie butter and coffee, a deliciously excellent combination.
- Boozie Cookie S'mores — roasted marshmallow with chocolate chip cookie chunks, a nip of bourbon, and a fudge swirl. A grown-up take on the campfire favorite.
- Poundcake, inspired by Van Halen — salted caramel ice cream with house-made toasted buttery poundcake chunks. Part of our rock collection.
- Star Spangled Cobbler — a tribute to America's 250th: sweet cream ice cream, blueberry and tart raspberry swirls, and buttery shortbread pieces.
Hold the Cow:
- Chamoy e Peach — light peach sorbet with a chili-and-lime chamoy swirl. Fully vegan.
- Strawberry Lemonade Sorbet — bright, fresh, and made with all fresh ingredients. Perfect for summer. Fully vegan.
A quick note on timing
The new flavors trickle into the freezer over the first few days of the month — churning and freezing a fresh lineup isn't an overnight job. If you're coming in for something specific, check the current flavors page before you head over so you don't miss it.
