A family thing

We started this in 2019 because we couldn't find ice cream we actually loved.

Chris and Sarah Wynn opened Wynston's because making the very best version of something simple is harder, more interesting, and more fun than it sounds. Every flavor is hand-churned in small batches at our San Marcos shop. The vanilla beans are real. The chocolate is pulled apart by hand. The strawberries get sliced fresh.

A few of our flavors won national awards, which we still find a little surprising. Most of them just make the people who try them happy — which, honestly, is enough.
