Can I send to a different address than my own?
Yes — every pack on this page can be shipped to a different address. Just enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout. Billing stays on your card.
Can I add a personal note?
Yes. Add a note at checkout (up to 200 characters) and we'll write it by hand on a Wynston's-branded card and tuck it inside the cooler. Free.
When will my gift arrive?
We ship overnight Monday through Thursday. When you order there is clear information on exactly when it will arrive.
What if the recipient isn't home?
Our coolers hold pints frozen for a little over 24 hours, even sitting on a porch. We strongly recommend the recipient knows the package is coming.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO addresses?
Unfortunately no — frozen shipping requires a residential or business address with reliable next-day handling. Same for Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.
What if it arrives melted?
We replace the entire pack, no questions. The recipient (or you) just sends us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we'll ship a fresh pack at no charge.
